Greek Mobility Partner for Traineeships in Greece
Anadrasis Initiative Information is a non-profit Organization founded in 1995.
Since 1997 we have been managing the programs YOUTH, SOCRATES and LEONARDO DA VINCI.
We are available to receive students, teachers and experts of every sector, to make the Work Placements, study visits, meetings, work visits, round table discussions and languages courses.

We work as a receiving Organization with the European Program ERASMUS+ and we offer to participants from all over Europe.

- The support for professional development of youth workers
- The know-how needed in order to get started or continuing in a professional career and to achieve success

- Our team has many years working experience, providing placements to many companies on Syros island.
- Our team is young, diverse, professional and energetic, we fulfill requirements to the highest expectations promptly. We like to ensure everyone has a smile on their face by the end of their visit, and we are happy to often hear they don’t want to leave.
- Awereness of the correlation between attitude and potential behaviour.
- Ability to deal with different ways of thinking, speaking habits, evaluation systems and affective expression.
- Ability to interpret behaviour from different cultures (empathy) in a way that adequastely reflects the situation.
- Willingness to accept diversity as normal.
- Help the beneficiaries with the integration in the host environment and monitor their training progress.
- Provide practical support and facilitate understanding of the culture of the host country.
